The Croatian Post and Vrsi Municipality have entered into a business cooperation agreement on April 17. 2019., in which the Croatian Post is obliged to receive the payment of the payer by a bill for the utility communal fee. Everyone who pays the bills issued by Vrsi Municipality for a communal fee does not have to pay a commission fee because Vrsi Municipality has taken over the payment of commission expanses. Commission expanse is free only for those who pay bill exclusively in the post office 23235 Vrsi.
